A German cello made c.1900 that ticks all the boxes for playability and sound, it is robust, has depth and focus all at the same time.
The cello has a very confident, balanced and accessible sound. It would suit a player going through the grades, through an academy and into orchestra playing. The A has a particularly beautiful, searing sound.
It is also finished with very high quality fittings and strings; a new I* Quality Ruschil London Belgian bridge & soundpost, Akustikus taikpiece, C Posture peg for ease of playing, Manson Superspike endpin, Rostanvo C,G & A strings with a strong Larsen D.
