  • Tonally it is phenomenally well balanced and smooth, with beautiful depth, earthiness and clarity across the strings to suit quartet, orchestra or solo playing.

  • “The Cranleigh, 2024” is an original model viola handcrafted in the contemporary style. Measuring 16 3/16” it is a medium to large sized viola made from deeply flamed Carpathian maple and north Italian spruce.

Antoni Ruschil is a Master Luthier with 15 years experience crafting and restoring fine violins for professionals and orchestras. He was trained at Newark School of Violin Making and then apprenticed under Master Luthiers across Europe in Italy, Germany, Cyprus and London.
